Thank you for your interest in Growise. Please carefully read this Terms of Service Agreement. In these Terms, "Growise," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Airconcur Inc. "Service" refers to Growise's platform, website, features, and other products, including Scraper AI and TAM AI. "You" or "your" refers to you as an individual or the entity you represent. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at Growise's then-current rates unless canceled through your account settings.
By accessing or using the Services, you expressly agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
These Terms, together with your selected plan, govern the relationship between Growise and you and constitute a legally binding agreement between the parties. By accessing, using, downloading, or installing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, will be bound by, and will comply with these Terms. Growise may amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use will be subject to the then-current version of the Terms.
Additional terms and conditions ("Supplemental Terms") may apply to certain features of the Service. By choosing to add or use the corresponding features, you agree to be bound by the relevant Supplemental Terms. Please carefully review the applicable Terms and the details of your plan before using the Service.

Growise provides an AI-driven platform (the "Platform") to assist you with real-time web scraping, real-time web searches, and data enrichment to identify potential clients, suppliers, or partners. The Service includes, but is not limited to, Scraper AI for web data extraction (limited to publicly accessible websites or sites where you have legal access to the data), TAM AI for creating and monitoring company lists, providing detailed company information (such as name, address, revenue, employee count, and other insights), and facilitating access to contact information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles) through partnerships with third-party data suppliers.
Growise 提供 AI 驅動的平台，幫助您即時網路擷取、即時網路搜尋和資料豐富化識別潛在客戶、供應商或合作夥伴。服務包括但不限於 Scraper AI 的網頁數據擷取、TAM AI 的建立和監控公司清單，並通過與第三方數據供應商的合作提供存取人員聯繫資訊。
Growise provides the Service on an "as-is" basis, designed to assist you in conducting data extraction and content generation independently. Growise only commits to granting you the right to use the system's features and does not guarantee that the Service is suitable for all target websites, nor does it assume any express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or specific applicability of the extraction results. To help you assess whether the Service meets your specific needs, Growise offers a trial period, during which we recommend that you personally experience and verify the functionality to determine whether to sign up for or purchase a paid plan.
Growise 依當時之現況提供本服務，旨在協助您自行進行數據擷取與內容生成。Growise 僅承諾授予您使用系統功能的權利，並不保證本服務適用於所有目標網站，亦不對擷取結果的準確性、完整性或特定適用性承擔任何明示或默示之擔保責任。Growise 提供試用期，建議您在此期間親自體驗並驗證服務功能，以決定是否採購付費方案。
You may use the Service to perform real-time web searches and build and monitor company lists for purposes such as B2B sales/marketing, recruitment, business intelligence, or fraud prevention, among others. We aggregate data from multiple sources into our database, enabling you to access it through the Growise Platform in a "Platform-as-a-Service" model, including via APIs, integrated applications, browser extensions, downloadable software, or our website (www.growise.io).
您可以使用服務即時搜尋網路資訊，以建立和監控公司清單，用於 B2B 銷售/行銷、招募、商業情報或詐欺預防目的。我們從多個數據來源彙整資料到資料庫，讓您可通過 Growise 平台以「平台即服務」方式存取，包括通過 API、整合應用程式、瀏覽器擴充功能、下載軟體或我們的網站（www.growise.io）。
You agree that, in using the Service, you are responsible for providing and maintaining at your own expense the necessary personal computers, mobile devices, communication equipment, operating systems, connectivity, and power supply. Growise reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without prior notice to users.
We are actively developing new features and products to enhance Growise. During this process, if certain services are deemed no longer commercially viable or pose risks to Growise, our users, or other third parties, we may add or remove features, introduce new services, or cease offering certain services altogether. While we will strive to minimize disruptions, we cannot guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or free from changes. We are not liable for any such interruptions or service changes.
您同意就本服務的使用，應自費及負責備置必要的個人電腦、手機、通信設備、作業系統、通信方式及電力等。Growise 得在不事先通知用戶的情形下隨時變更本服務的全部或部分內容，並中止提供本服務。我們不對任何此類中斷或服務變更負責。
You agree that the Service is supported by artificial intelligence (Artificial General Intelligence, AGI), including providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI service providers. Given the rapidly evolving nature of this technology, the Service may generate information that is inconsistent with facts. You agree to carefully verify the accuracy of any information contained in the Service's output and accept that all risks associated with its use are borne by you. Furthermore, you must not use the AI-generated output from the Service to mislead anyone or create the impression that the output is human-generated, nor may you alter, remove, or violate any copyright or other intellectual property notices related to the Service.
您同意本服務由人工智能 (AGI) 提供支持，包括 OpenAI、Anthropic 或其他人工智能服務提供商。鑑於該技術快速發展的性質，服務可能會產生與事實不符之資訊。您同意應仔細檢查本服務輸出中包含的任何資訊的準確性，且您同意使用風險自行承擔。您不得使用本服務之人工智能輸出資訊而誤導任何人，亦不得更改、刪除或違反與服務相關的任何版權或其他知識產權聲明。
In these Terms, "User" refers to an individual designated by you as a user of the Platform, with the number of Users limited to the quantity specified in your applicable plan. You are responsible for granting Users access to the Platform, including adding and removing access rights, and you are accountable for ensuring that all Users comply with these Terms.
If you use Growise as a member of an organization or utilize your organization's email domain, you represent, warrant, and undertake that you have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that organization. Regardless of whether you or your organization pays any fees, the organization will become a party to these Terms and be bound by them.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Service is not available to anyone under the age of 18. If you or your employer have entered into a separate written agreement with Growise regarding your account that contains terms in direct conflict with these Terms, the conflicting terms of that other agreement shall take precedence.
If you add or designate Users in excess of the number of Users permitted under your plan subscription, Growise may charge you a corresponding additional fee, calculated as the current per-User rate multiplied by the number of months from the designation date to the end of the current term.

Each User will access the Platform by creating an account and providing a unique username and password (the "Login Credentials"). To obtain Login Credentials, you agree that Users must provide Growise with certain identifying information (including name and business email address), which must be accurate and complete. You also agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your or any User's account or any changes to the Login Credentials.
Such Login Credentials must not be shared, must be kept confidential and secure, and under no circumstances may they be used by non-Users. Users are prohibited from reassigning, transferring, or sublicensing their accounts to any third party. Growise shall not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Once an account is created, each User will be automatically added to our mailing list. Users may opt out of the mailing list at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any email communication we send.

Pursuant to these Terms, Growise grants you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable, and limited right to use the Platform during the applicable subscription term, provided that your access to data through the Platform is limited to the valid credits you possess.
In these Terms, "credits" refer to a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, worldwide, revocable, and limited right to access 1 piece of data, extract 1 record, or perform specific actions such as generating images or outputting data during the applicable term. For the avoidance of doubt, any credits you purchase but do not use by the end of the applicable term will expire at that time and will not carry over to any renewal period. Additional credits may be purchased as needed, subject to an additional fee. All data points (e.g., business contact emails) are provided on an "as-is" basis (including their accuracy), and once credits are used, such usage is irrevocable, with no option to redeem credits for cash, refunds, goods, or other services.
Upon termination of these Terms, subject to the limitations herein, you may only continue to use data that was legally obtained from Growise under these Terms and stored in your systems during the term.

To access or use the features of the Service, you must register an account, and you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process, as well as to update this information to ensure its accuracy and timeliness.
We do not charge fees for using the basic functionality of our Service, but you may need to pay for specific features, usage levels, and products. By agreeing to pay for such specific features, usage, or products, you agree to make payments on time. To facilitate this, you must provide your credit card details in your account for us to process charges. We reserve the right to change prices, charge for previously free services, and modify billing methods for future plans, with such changes communicated via posting on our website or by email notification. Except as otherwise provided in these Terms, all fees are non-refundable.
All Growise accounts operate on a subscription basis; subscriptions will automatically renew and include automatic payments unless you cancel prior to the renewal start date. Unless otherwise specified in your contract, subscription renewals will be charged at Growise's then-current plan rates. If an automatic payment fails for any reason, we will issue an electronic invoice to you, and such failures may result in the suspension of your account or termination of your access to the Service.
If your account is locked, we will need to contact you using the email address associated with your account. If your account is compromised or you can no longer access your email account, we may be unable to restore your access to the account or the data you have created.
為存取或使用服務的功能，您必須註冊帳戶，且您同意在註冊過程中提供準確且完整的資訊。我們不會向您收取使用我們服務基本功能的費用，但您需為特定的功能、使用量和產品付費。所有 Growise 帳戶均為訂閱基礎；訂閱將自動設定續訂與自動支付，除非您在續訂開始日期前取消。除本條款另有規定外，所有費用均不予退還。
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (including username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Growise of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
You must always provide Growise with accurate information and maintain the accuracy of the information associated with your account. We will deem any communication or contact information received from your account to have been sent by you, and any purchases made using your account will be considered to have been completed by you.
When participating in any Growise community, please do not engage in, attempt to engage in, or encourage others to engage in the following behaviors:
You agree not to license, sell, or transfer your account without our prior written approval. When you purchase credits from us, you agree not to sell or transfer your Growise credits to any other user without our prior written approval. You also agree not to resell any data obtained from Growise.
您應全權負責維護您的帳戶資訊（包括使用者名稱和密碼）的機密性，並對您帳戶下發生的所有活動負責。您需負責管理您的所有帳戶底下之使用行為，且應遵守使用本服務有關之使用條款、隱私權政策、當地法律、國外法律，包含但不限於個人資料之資料隱私、國際傳輸法或技術。
In these Terms, "Your Content" refers to any content (e.g., text, images, illustrations, charts, tables, files, etc.) that you input, upload, post, share, or otherwise provide on Growise, which is considered your "User-Submitted Content." You retain ownership of your User-Submitted Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Growise a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content to provide and improve the Service.
Growise does not claim ownership of any data you upload to Growise. Except with your consent, Growise will not share the data you upload with anyone other than the account group that uploaded it or the Growise team. Growise will not use your uploaded content for any purpose other than providing the Growise Service. Growise will use aggregated performance data (including how you use your account) to improve our products.
Growise is not obligated to pre-screen content but reserves the right to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any content at its discretion. By using Growise, you agree to Growise monitoring the content you upload. If Growise decides to delete data you have uploaded, we will provide you with written notice at least ten (10) business days in advance.
Growise may access, collect, and use any information related to you, your use of the Service, or associated with you ("Relevant Information") for purposes such as customer and technical support, regulatory and third-party compliance, protecting and enforcing Growise's rights, and monitoring compliance. You grant Growise and its affiliates a perpetual right to use the Relevant Information and any feedback you provide to test, develop, improve, and enhance Growise's products and services, provided that you, any end user, or any other individual cannot be identified as the source of such information.

Growise shall not be held liable for any content submitted or scraped by you or other users through the Service. You bear full responsibility for all such content and any activities occurring under your account. You agree not to transmit any illegal, offensive, disturbing, abhorrent, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. Examples of such objectionable content include but are not limited to:
Growise reserves the sole discretion to determine whether any content is appropriate and to refuse or remove such content. Should users publish such objectionable content, Growise may restrict or terminate that user's access to the Service.
Growise 對您與其他用戶向服務提交的內容不承擔任何責任。您對上述內容以及在其帳戶下發生的所有活動承擔全部責任。Growise 保留自行決定確定任何內容是否適當以及拒絕或刪除此類內容的權利。
Our Services include certain content that belongs to us, such as our products, our website, and content we have authored. You may use this content as permitted under these Terms, but we retain all intellectual property rights in our content. We welcome feedback on our Services. By sending us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable license to use your feedback and any ideas derived from the feedback without any restrictions, attribution, or compensation to you.
Growise is owned by Airconcur Inc. and is protected by the laws of Taiwan and international copyright laws. You may not remove any copyright notices from any copies of the Service or from accompanying written materials. Growise (and its parent company) owns all rights, title, intellectual property rights, and interests in the Growise technology and Service. Unless expressly authorized in writing by Growise, these Terms do not include the sale or transfer of ownership of Growise technology, intellectual property rights, trademarks, logos, product names, or any other rights.

Growise may integrate with other services on third-party platforms, such as Google Sheets. Please note that your activities on each of these third-party platforms may be subject to the terms of service of that platform, and you agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates those terms. Additionally, any changes made by third-party platforms may affect how the Service operates, and in some cases, these changes may cause interruptions to the Service. While we will strive to minimize any such disruptions, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for how changes by third-party platforms impact the performance of the Service or your use of it.
Any mention of third-party platform names, marks, products, or services, or links to them within Growise, does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the content of any linked third-party platform websites. You agree that the decision to use these third-party services and to integrate them with the Growise Service is entirely yours.

Growise guarantees that the Platform will be available at least 99% of the time each week (the "Platform Availability"). Platform Availability does not include planned downtime due to system maintenance, which will be scheduled to the extent possible outside normal business hours (GMT) or on Saturdays or Sundays ("Planned Downtime"), nor does it include unavailability caused by factors beyond Growise's reasonable control. Except in emergencies, Planned Downtime will be conducted in a manner designed to minimize impact on the Platform as a whole and will be resolved within 24 hours.
If the system availability falls below the Platform Availability, you may provide written notice to Growise. If, within two months of receiving such notice, the availability again falls below the Platform Availability, you may provide written notice to Growise to terminate these Terms and will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for the remaining months of the applicable term up to the date of contract termination.
Growise has established various tools to assist users in resolving common issues as well as other technical and general support matters. Growise does not guarantee the continuous operation of any of the aforementioned initiatives and reserves the right to modify, reduce, limit, or terminate its maintenance and support services.
Growise 保證平台每週至少 99% 的時間可用（平台可用性）。平台可用性不包括因系統維護而計劃之停機，此類停機盡可能在正常工作時間（GMT）以外或週六或週日進行，並將在 24 小時內解決。
We reserve the right to modify, change, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) or these Terms at any time. We will communicate updates by posting the revised Terms on the website or notifying you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
我們保留隨時修改、變更、暫停或永久停止服務（或其任何部分）或本條款的權利。我們將通過在網站上張貼更新的條款或電子郵件通知重大變更。在任何變更生效日期後，您繼續使用本服務即表示您接受修訂後的條款。
We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason, including your breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination of the Service, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. After termination, you may only continue to use data legally obtained under these Terms and stored in your systems during the Service term, subject to the limitations set forth in these Terms.
You may contact us at any time to terminate your account by emailing services@growise.io. Unless otherwise expressly stated, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription term or credits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will remain responsible for and obligated to pay fees for the use of the Service up to the date of cancellation or for the duration of the original contract purchase period. Accounts that are not canceled are not eligible for refunds due to low usage or non-usage, and it is your responsibility to cancel your account subscription before the billing due date if you do not wish to continue automatic payments for the Service.
我們可能因任何原因（包括您違反本條款的情況）立即終止或暫停您對服務的訪問，無需事先通知或承擔任何責任。您可以隨時透過 services@growise.io 聯絡我們終止您的帳戶。除非另有明確規定，否則您未使用的訂閱期限或積分部分將不予退款。
Growise retains user data for as long as your user account is active. If your account is deleted, your data will also be deleted. Users may also request data deletion by contacting services@growise.io.
只要您的用戶帳戶處於活躍狀態，Growise 就會保留用戶資料。如果您的帳戶被刪除，您的資料也會隨之刪除。用戶亦可透過聯絡 services@growise.io 申請刪除資料。
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Growise does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, nor that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Growise makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any data obtained through the Service.
Each party agrees to these Terms based on the liabilities and limitations described herein, and thus neither party shall be liable for any errors, delays, damages, losses, or injuries caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, earthquakes, wars, strikes, government bans, power outages, or resulting from hacker attacks, tampering, or other unauthorized access.
We do not verify the manner in which you use Growise or the Service. We assume that you are using Growise and the Service in compliance with the applicable Terms of Use, local laws, and international laws.
本服務以「現況」及「現有」狀態提供，不附帶任何形式的保證，無論是明示的還是暗示的，包括但不限於適銷性、特定用途的適用性或非侵權性的暗示保證。Growise 不保證服務將滿足您的任何要求，也不保證服務不會中斷、及時、安全或無錯誤。
In no event shall we exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be illegal to do so. In jurisdictions where exclusions or limitations of liability are permitted under applicable law, Growise, its affiliates, suppliers, or any individuals involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of business opportunity, loss of data or goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services of any kind, whether arising out of these Terms, the use of or inability to use the Service, based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.
Except for liability types that cannot be limited by law, Growise's liability to you is limited to the greater of: (A) the amount you have paid us in the three months prior to your first claim, or (B) NT$3,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
除法律無法限制的責任類型外，Growise 對您的責任上限為以下較大者：(A) 您在首次主張索賠前三個月支付給我們的金額，或 (B) 新台幣 3,000 元（或您當地貨幣等值）。
When disputes arise between the parties, most can be resolved informally, and the Company will engage in good-faith discussions with you to address the dispute. If you have any questions regarding the Service, you agree to contact us prior to initiating litigation or arbitration. This requires sending Growise a written description of the dispute (including your name, the nature of the complaint, and your desired resolution), along with the email address or phone number associated with your Growise account, to services@growise.io. If the dispute remains unresolved within sixty (60) days of receiving written notice, you and Growise agree to resolve any remaining disputes through the further dispute resolution provisions outlined below. During the period of attempted informal resolution, applicable statutes of limitations, arbitration filing fee deadlines, or other time limits shall be tolled.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute within a reasonable time and either party decides to seek resolution through mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings, you agree that the governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
You agree that any arbitration or other proceeding to resolve a dispute shall be limited solely to the dispute between you and us. You agree that you shall not be entitled to join or consolidate claims by or against other parties, or participate in any arbitration as a class representative or member of any class or collective action.
當雙方爭議發生時，大多數爭議可以透過非正式方式解決，本公司將真誠地與您進行討論以解決爭議。如果我們無法於合理時間內解決爭議，並且我們其中一方決定通過調解、仲裁或至法院尋求解決，則您同意管轄法律為中華民國法律（台灣），您同意以台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
您特此同意授權 Growise 使用您的商標、Logo 或得以辨別為貴公司之圖像符號的權利，目的是代表您正使用或曾經使用過 Growise。

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements we might have had between us.
